Next week I go off for a week to San Onofre State Park to camp for a week. I am in the San Clemente Plein Air Painting Festival and I will be sleeping in the bus. So, one of the final touches I should be doing, will actually need to come this week… curtains. I got the fabric today along with some plastic coated cable, and hardware to attach the cable above the windows. I plan to crimp the ends on the cable, put a spacer between it and the wall, and attach it with a stainless metal screw. Here are the pix to show how I am starting…
I used to work in an upholstery shop and learned my way around a sewing machine. So, the straight lines shouldn’t give me too much problem. I just have to see what condition our sewing machine is in… then to start sewing…
